Nightfall is a privacy rollup co-developed by EY and Polygon. Enterprises using it still need to see what's happening on-chain — so I designed a block explorer for a network whose whole point is not showing everything. Zero to tested prototype in four weeks.

Goals, anti-goals, and what not to show
Complexity was the default state here. We started with discovery — not for documentation, but to agree on what mattered: goals, anti-goals, and everything the explorer would refuse to display. On a privacy chain, deciding what not to show is half the design.
